Oh no!
What I would do, is take her head off and pull out the stuffing. Cleaning just her body won’t work, because she basically has pee inside her. So pull out the stuffing and THROW IT OUT! Now you can clean her cloth body, I’d use viniger and then febreeze it when it’s dry. When she’s ready to be restuffed, go to walmart or any craft store and buy the same kind of stuffing you get to make pillows. Restuff her and put her back together!
If you don’t know how to get her head off, there’s a white string on the back of her neck. Unknot it and just take the head off.
Make sure you replace the stuffing, or she will always smell like pee. Hope I helped and good luck!

clean it with a solution of white vinegar and water and leave it out in the sun to dry. This removes nearly all stains and odors. Some people prefer lemon juice to vinegar, but I’ve always had good luck with vinegar.

If that doesn’t work, contact the America Doll company. They used to have a doll hospital, ad they may have some good ideas.
